As is usually the case in real estate transactions, I am uncertain what the fair market value of the property is at present. I have been provided with 'quick sale' prices in the mid-$400's to the Zillow.com current estimate which is much higher. I am interested in selling the property for a fair price.

Please feel free to make any offer you feel appropriate. I will not take offense at any dollar amount, although at present I will not seriously consider any offer providing a net to seller of less than $425,000. I may say no. On the other hand, I may find your offer acceptable.
