The service agreement is simple:
you pay, we try to keep
your website, database, or mail up as much as reasonably possible.
To keep
it cheap, we make no guarantees of service standards or about any service provided.
You agree that in no event will we or anyone else be liable for anything
resulting from services we provide (or don't provide) under this agreement.
We do try, since we host several commercial sites of our own on our servers. Between Between July 2002 and May 2008, we have had over 99.9% uptime, but as they say in the securities business, past results are no guarantee of future performance..... :)
Obviously, if you need better than that, you probably should go somewhere else and pay more.

If we get sued due to your website or mail,
you agree to indemnify
us for any expenses, fees, or damages incurred.
Either you or we may terminate services at any time for any reason. If we decide to terminate, we will give you a reasonable time to relocate, and will refund a pro-rata portion of the fees charged. If you decide to terminate, you get no refund.
We live in Texas, so the law of Texas governs.
